Low down payment for the purchase of a building, you can purchase real estate with as little as 15% down.

 

  • The bank provides up to 85% financing.
  • The loan is guaranteed by the SBA
  • The remaining 15% coming from the borrower.
  • SBA requires personal guarantees of principals that own 20% or more of the operating company
