With more than 20 years of commercial lending experience, Sam has provided $3.0+ billion in total financing throughout his career. Prior to joining PB Capital Sam was CDC’s top volume loan officer. He graduated from the University of California Irvine with a major in economics and minor in Business Management. Personally, he enjoys fishing and tennis.
