Evan Heriot is a commercial lending and SBA finance professional with extensive experience helping small businesses access capital and achieve their goals. Throughout his career, he has built a strong background in business development, loan underwriting, credit analysis, and relationship management. Most recently, Evan worked with a Certified Development Company specializing in SBA 504 financing throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
Known for his collaborative approach and deep knowledge of SBA lending, Evan takes a relationship-driven, solutions-oriented approach to financing. He is committed to providing clients and referral partners with responsive, straightforward guidance throughout the lending process.
Evan is a graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and their dog, Teddy, as well as cooking, fishing, live music, and sporting events.
